BioNova Process
BioNova Process
The BioNova process gives microbes optimum conditions to break down organic materials, including cellulose, to a powder.
- The collection of organic waste at the point of production (via bins, biodegradable bags, conveyors or skips).
- The loading of the BioNova reactor with the material collected.
- The automatic decomposition of the material in the reactor, typically taking 48 to 72 hours.
- The discharge of the processed material from the outlet of the reactor.
- The disposal of the processed material.
- Depending on the nature of the waste material, post-processing it can typically be used as a pet food ingredient, biofuel or soil treatment.
