AP Range machines are built for heavier duty applications and are manufactured in different sizes from 1250mm to 2200mm long charge boxes.

Individual machines have different characteristics to handle various types of waste.

 

Anchorpac model AP2200 is specifically designed to handle all types of unsegregated refuse encountered in medium and heavy industrial applications. This machine has a larger loading aperture enabling bulky objects to be compacted by the 28 ton ram thrust to a fraction of their original volume.

Standard specification of these models, includes internal powerpack, captive tubes, autopinning facility, cycle selectors, container pre-full and full light, auto shut off and key switch.

A variety of loading options are available for each model, all inclusive of interlocked switching on lids and doors to HSWA and CHEM requirements. Hydraulic loaders are available for all these models.

Anchorpac models AP1500, AP1500S and AP1500X are designed specifically for handling medium to heavy duty waste. The robust construction is ideal for medium size industrial or heavy commercial applications where a larger charge box aperture and volume are required.

The AP1500S is designed for the application where a reduction in cycle time is necessary, whereas the AP1500X has extra penetration and is hence most suitable for cardboard, paper packaging and such materials with a high spring back factor, ensuring good container payloads and ease of loading.

Anchorpac models A1000, A1250 and A1500 have been specifically designed to offer a cost effective solution to handling light to medium duty industrial and commercial waste. These machines within their specifications have deeper rams, higher ram face pressures, decreased cycle times and increased penetration compared with previous models. Hence they have the capablilty of achieving higher CHEM ratings and greater container payloads.

Anchorpac model AP1250 is designed with robust construction to handle types of waste found in medium sized industrial and commercial applications. The charge box aperture allows adequate space to load the waste either by hand or Eurocart via hydraulic loader from side or rear of the machine.

Anchorpac model A1220 is specifically designed as a short compactor for applications where space is at a premium. With the aid of suitably positioned cylinders and an underslung powerpack, this compact machine achieves a clear aperture length in excess of 60% of its overall length and hence is capable of loading waste carts by hydraulic loaders from side or rear.
